Bright White Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning, maintenance, and related services. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and staff availability.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings must be made through our mobile app, website, or authorized channels.
• Appointments are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notification.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices for services are displayed within the app or provided at the time of booking.
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, excessive dirt, or extended service time.
• All payments are non-transferable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

7. Liability

• While we take utmost care, Bright White Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any claims for damage must be reported within [24–48 hours] of service completion.
• Liability, if accepted, is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
