Bright White Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning, maintenance, and related services. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and staff availability.
2. Bookings & Appointments
- All bookings must be made through our mobile app, website, or authorized channels.
- Appointments are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notification.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices for services are displayed within the app or provided at the time of booking.
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services, excessive dirt, or extended service time.
- All payments are non-transferable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
7. Liability
- While we take utmost care, Bright White Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within [24–48 hours] of service completion.
- Liability, if accepted, is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. User Accounts
